맞춤형 무릎 보호대 CTi 보호대와 같은 맞춤형 무릎 보호대는 오서코리아로 직접 방문하여 측정이 필요하며 측정 후 최소 2주의 기간이 소요됩니다.

모든 맞춤형 무릎 보호대는 각 개인 환자를 위해 맞춤 제작되어 다른 환자를 위해 판매될 수 없습니다. 따라서 이미 제작이 시작된 후에 주문을 변경 또는 취소하는 경우 수수료가 발생됩니다.

모든 오서 제품은 제품의 결함으로 인한 하자가 발생한 경우 교환처리됩니다. 관련하여 질문이 있으시면 오서코리아로 문의해주시기 바랍니다.

각 제품에 대한 보증기한은 제품 카탈로그, 홈페이지를 통해 확인하시거나 업체 및 영업사원을 통해 문의해주시기 바랍니다.

교환, 신용 또는 환불을 위해 오서 제품을 반품하기 전, 오서코리아에 먼저 연락해주시기 바랍니다. 반품된 상품은 재입고 수수료가 부과됩니다.

주문한 제품은 수령 즉시 제품의 이상 유무를 검수해주시기 바랍니다. 잘못 주문하거나 잘못 배송된 품목의 경우 오서코리아에 알려주시기 바랍니다. 물품을 수령한 날로부터 영업일 5일 이내에 연락해주셔야 합니다.

기성품의 경우 오서의 재량에 따라 구매자 신용 또는 교환처리 해 드릴 수 있습니다.

대부분의 정형외과 제품의 경우 90일 이내에 사용하지 않은 상태로 반품해야 합니다. 의지의 경우, 오서 홈페이지에 있는 의지 카탈로그를 참조하시기 바랍니다.

오서가 반품 정책/기한을 수정하는 경우, 새로운 기준은 오서 홈페이지에 게시할 예정입니다. 또한 오서는 사용하지 않은 상태 또는 판매 가능한 상태로 반품된 제품에 대해 20%의 재입고 수수료를 부과할 수 있는 권리를 가지고 있습니다.

사전 승인 없이는 어떠한 반품도 받아들여지지 않습니다. 신용 또는 교환을 위해 제품을 반품할 때, 송장 번호와 반품 사유를 모두 제공해야 합니다.

물품의 신용 또는 교환은 검수와 평가 이후 이루어집니다. 오서는 반품된 어떤 제품도 사용했있거나 판매 가능한 상태가 아닌 경우 신용을 드리거나 교체할 수 없습니다. 반품된 제품이 사용하지 않은 상태인지, 판매 가능한 제품인지에 대한 판단은 오서의 단독 재량으로 진행됩니다. 개조, 단종 또는 주문 제작 제품은 반품할 수 없습니다.

※오서코리아는 환자에게 제품을 직접 판매하지 않습니다.(CTi 보호대 제외) 환자분의 경우 제품을 구매한 업체에 직접 문의해주시기 바랍니다.

Invoice Terms and Conditions

Attention:  This sale involves a discount or reduction in price. You may be required to properly disclose and reflect this discount in costs claimed or charges made to federal health care programs in accordance with the provisions of 42 U.S.C. §1320 (a) – 7b (b) (3) (a) and/or 42 C.F.R § 1001.952 (h) (1).  Failure to do so could subject you to civil or criminal penalties.

Limited Warranty

Össur warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship.  This warranty does not apply if this product (1) was not purchased from Össur or its authorized dealer, (2) has been altered in a way, or (3) has not been used in accordance with Össur’s Instructions for Use (IFU).  This Limited Warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, neglect, misuse, or operation beyond capacity, parts damaged by improper installation, substitution or parts not approved by Össur, or any other alteration or repair by others that, in Össur’s judgment, materially or adversely affects the product or part.

The duration of this Limited Warranty varies by product, but is effective from the date of delivery to the purchaser.  Össur’s sole obligation under this Limited Warranty is to either repair or replace the product at no charge, or to credit purchaser’s account for the value of the defective product at Össur’s sole discretion.

Use of this product is not a guarantee against injury.

User should consult with his/her health care provider immediately if user experiences any kind of adverse medical reaction following use of this product. User should consult with his/her health care professional with any questions as to how this product applies to user’s specific medical condition. If user does not agree to the above conditions, he/she should contact his/her health care professional before using this product.

Össur disclaims and excludes any other express or implied warranties not set forth in this Limited Warranty, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This Limited Warranty excludes liability for any personal injury, property damage, or special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of, related, or incident to use the product, even if Össur has been advised of the possibility of such potential loss or damage, unless state law otherwise precludes this exclusion.

Return Policy

Please inspect all orders immediately upon receipt.  In the event items were ordered or shipped in error, you must notify the Customer Service Department for a return authorization number.  Össur must be contacted within five (5) business days of the receipt of the goods.
Off-the-shelf (i.e., non-custom) products may be returned by the original purchaser for credit or replacement at Össur’s sole discretion. 

For most Orthopaedics products, they must be returned in their original, unused condition within 90 days. The Unloader One® knee brace has a 30 day money-back guarantee for product trials. For Prosthetics, please refer to Össur’s Prosthetic Product Catalog for information about the product-specific timeframe for returns.

In the event that Össur modifies its return policy/timeframe for returns, it will post the new standards on the Össur website.  Össur’s website is the controlling authority for all return policy/timeframe issues.  Össur reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for products returned in new or saleable condition.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.  Please call Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization number.  When returning a product for credit or replacement you must provide both the original invoice number and the reason for return.

Credit or replacement of goods is subject to inspection and evaluation. Össur will not issue a credit or replace any products returned to Össur that are not in new or saleable condition. The determination about whether returned products are new or saleable will be made by Össur at Össur’s sole discretion.  Altered, discontinued, or custom-made items are not returnable.
