Service Fabrication
Our highly skilled team in Orlando is here to support our FIOR & GENTZ customers by offering service fabrication of custom made AFOs and KAFOs.
By allowing our team to take on the burden of fabrication you reduce costly reworks and corrections and get fast production of the final orthosis within weeks!
- You will receive training on our 360° Orthotics.
- Use our Orthotic Treatment Sheet, or input information into the Orthosis Configurator, to configure an orthosis tailored to your patient's needs.
- Fill out the Service Fabrication Order Form for production.
- Make a negative cast following our specifications, which our clinical support team is here to help with as needed, and send it along with the filled-out forms to the Service Fabrication Center.
- Our Service Fabrication Center will produce the orthosis according to the data you have filled into the forms and the configurator.
- The finished orthosis will be sent back to your facility and after the final fitting, you can hand over the orthosis to your client.
