Miami JTO Thoracic Extension is designed in conjunction with leading spine surgeons, orthotists and nurses. The orthosis is used exclusively with all Miami J collars when even greater stability at the cervical junctions is indicated.

- Sorbatex padding is antibacterial and inhibits microbial growth, which enhances comfort and helps assure patient compliance.
