Nathan Parker's Story

Nathan uses an i-Limb® Quantum, which was fitted very early after his accident..

While mainly using 4-5 grip patterns daily, it is exciting to have 36 grip patterns at his disposal (24 pre-programmed and 12 customisable). In Nathan's experience, this is extremely advantageous, as it allows Nathan to adapt his hand to a task, rather than having to try and adapt the task to my prosthetic.

Combining the hand with the i-Limb® phone app unlocks even more possibilities, putting any one of the 36 grips at Nathans's fingertips with the simple press of a button on the screen.

The i-Limb® Quantum has drastically improved Nathans's life and opportunities following the accident, allowing him not only to complete activities of daily living with confidence and ease but also allowing Nathan the ability to return to flying and pursue his aviation dreams.
