Unloader^® Express

Unloader® Express is a cost-effective, easy-to-fit Unloader option for your less active patients.

Using the proven 3-Point Leverage System, the Express combines an Adjustable Dynamic Joint with a Dynamic Force Strap to unload the affected compartment, reducing pain.

Indications for Use

Mild to severe unicompartmental osteoarthritis
Proportionate height-to-weight and thigh-to-calf girth
Mild cognitive and/or manual dexterity deficiencies
Low activities of daily living

Product Highlights

Dynamic Force Strap (DFS) applies a counteracting force to the adduction moment, considered to be the root cause of knee OA
The single upright on the affected side combines with the Dynamic Force Strap to create a 3-Point Leverage System
Adjustable Dynamic Joint™ (ADJ) allows the clinician to easily control the varus or valgus force for optimal pain management
Adjustable Tibial Strap (ATS) captures the tibia and allows adjustments in hinge depth for a more customized fit
Combining a CoolFlex® sleeve with a semi-rigid frame, the Express offers a unique variation on the Unloader theme
Removable, washable sleeve allows for easy and accurate brace placement
