Elite disability sport sat proudly under the international spotlight in Manchester in the UK between the 7th and 13th of May. The 2007 Visa Paralympic World Cup featured over 340 top athletes from 47 countries, including members of our very own Team Ossur. The undisputed star of the show, racing for the last time in her professional career, was the UK's Tanni Grey-Thompson.

Demonstrating its commitment as an educational partner, Ossur Academy UK recently hosted its first orthotics seminar on 'Sporting Injuries of the Foot and Ankle'. Held in Cardiff on 24 April in conjunction with Cardiff Teaching Hospital, the event attracted 120 academics, surgeons, physiotherapists and orthotists. Four top speakers helped to stimulate an enthusiastic debate on the latest research and developments in the field.
