This week marks the tenth anniversary of the Srebrenica massacre, the single worst atrocity in Europe since the end of World War II, and part of the tragic conflict in Bosnia-Herzegovina. An estimated 5,000 people lost a limb during the conflict and, as part of a continuing effort to contribute to the rebuilding of the area, Ossur recently agreed to send a shipment of 300 new prosthetic limbs to be sent to the area. The company has also announced its participation in the humanitarian aid effort in Iraq.
